Netwest Broadband contract Terms and Conditions
⦁ You agree that we and our Agents can collect information about you and the way in which you are using the Services and you are authorized to make changes to this and that these changes may result in canceling services with your current broadband provider.
⦁ The Activation of your Account is conditional upon you completing the Account setup process, which may include a credit check.
⦁ You are committing to a 12 or 24-month contract term and an early termination fee of $250 will apply if you cancel within that time.
⦁ If you have requested a NETWEST modem, you will have to return it if you decide to leave NETWEST. You will be charged $110 if the modem is not returned.
⦁ Your monthly billing cycle will start on the date your Connection is Activated. For the avoidance of doubt, this means your first monthly Bill Payment will be taken via your selected method of payment on this Activation date.
⦁ You confirm you have provided an active email address and mobile number for connection updates and billing notifications.
⦁ If you do not pay any Bill by the Billing Due Date we can, without prejudice to any other rights we have, suspend or restrict your use of all or any of the Services without giving you prior notice. You will still be liable for charges if we are required to suspend or restrict the Services under this clause.
⦁ A 30 day notice period is required for the cancellation of our services.
⦁ You will receive a text or an email of your Installation date in the next few days after sign up.
⦁ If you change your mind then you can let us know within a week.
⦁ When you receive your confirmation of connection from us you are responsible for contacting your previous internet provider to stop billing. it is your responsibility to check the terms and conditions of your contract with the existing internet provider.
